PROJECT PERFORMANCE

QUALITY

It involves the quality study of all the activities to be performed by the construction or real estate so that the Project meets the client’s needs. Said study is composed of the quality planning and management on each process, its assurance and control determined by policies and goal fulfillment.

HUMAN CAPITAL

It embraces the processes planned, hired, organized and directed by the staff developing the construction or real estate Project, which is formed by the persons who have been assigned with various roles and responsibilities based on each one of the Project activities for its conclusion.

TIME

It involves the determination of the length, necessary resources and relations of the various activities of the construction or real estate Project, so as to intervene and coordinate them in order to guarantee the project’s conclusion on real time as required by the Client.

COSTS

It includes the budgetary estimate and control of the various activities to be executed in order to fully complete the construction or real estate Project within the Budget approved by the client.

QUALITY

It embraces the quality study of every activity to be carried out by the construction or real estate Company so that the Project meets the client’s needs. COMMUNICATION

It deals with the planning of those processes necessary to guarantee the generation, acquisition, distribution, storage, recovery and final destination of the construction or real estate project, properly and on time, managing links necessary for truthful communication between those implied and information.

ACQUISITIONS

It involves those processes for purchasing or adquiring supplies, equipment and services necessary, not included within the project’s equipment, to generate the construction or real estate product.

PROJECT’S MANAGEMENTS

ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING

It involves the Architecture and Engineering conceptualization, draft, project and details, according to the client’s requirements. We work under the BIM Building Information Modelling methodology, which is the project’s data generation and management process during its life cycle, using real time 3D dynamic modelling software in order to reduce time-loss and construction resources.

PROCUREMENT

It deals with all the processes related to the purchase and transportation of domestico r imported materials, with the necessary quality and quantity requeriments provided for the Project, with the timely placing on site for them to be used.

CONSTRUCTION

It involves the execution of tasks related to the works construction stage, and its relation with the designer, the construction companies, the material, equipment and transportation suppliers, the labor force, among others.

INSPECTION

It deals with managing the trained professional human resource necessary in accordance with the magnitude of the work with regards to the execution time of a work and its function is to guarantee its development pursuant to the technical standards, the drawings, specifications, budget, levels of quality and security and other documents included in the construction or real estate Project.
