In order to achieve the Company’s best performance, same was incorporated under two types of organizational structure, one is that proyectized and, the other, that functional. Each one according to the process requirement demanded by the organization for its operation.
The organization chart projectized includes those activities related to construction, maintenance of equipment and installations, mainly due to same being structures that are conformed, extended or reduced according to the Project being handled, for which they need a flexible structure offering to meet the needs of every project to be developed by the Unit.
The functional chart includes those activities supporting the projectized managements. They are activities of a recurrent nature based on defined processes and which require no changes within its structure in order to execute the work.
Both organizational types will be coordinated by a committee tha has the responsibilities and activities to be performed for each Project.
